This week on All That Glitters Im doing my post on heath. I’m trying to eat healthy and do cardio daily. Recently my boyfriend started dieting and in less than a month dropped 20 pounds, and thats with no exercise. So not fair! I just read an article about 7 habits we should steal from men on dieting and I wanted to share it with you guys! This is some great advise and really makes sense. Hope this helps!
